Step 3: Complete online bidding registration and transfer deposit at least 1 working day before auction.
Step 4: Login to online bidding system using secured PIN before auction start.

Yes, we will refund your deposit within 2 working days.

10% (whichever applicable) of the fixed Reserve Price by online transfer or bank draft.

We display both residential and commercial properties that are for auction throughout Malaysia. Properties include flats, houses, retail units, industrial sites, land for development, plus many more. They are a mixture of tenanted, vacant, leasehold and freehold.

The Balance of the Purchase Price must be settled by the successful online bidder to the respective Bank within ninety (90) / one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of auction, failing which deposit paid will be forfeited by the respective Bank.

The Bid Increment is the minimum amount for your bidding increment. The added/additional value should be multiple of the Bid Increment.

You would be required to immediately after the auction pay the difference of the 10% of the concluded purchase price, after taking into account the deposit that was deposited earlier before the start of the auction.
